Did you know most breastfed babies only take about 3-5 ounces per feeding from around 6 weeks through their first year?

Breast milk is amazing. As your baby grows, your milk adapts by becoming more calorie-dense and nutrient-rich, rather than simply increasing in volume. 🍼

So if you’re pumping 5 ounces, that’s not “just” 5 ounces. That’s often exactly what your baby needs.
