I really want to apologize to those who are in the 21-Day Sugar Free Challenge—we’ve had a few hiccups along the way! Unfortunately, Facebook deleted our first group and has now disabled the new one 😢. I guess supporting and encouraging others toward health is against the rules?😔
Our focus is on taking time to remove those added and artificial sugars for 21 days, and increasing more whole foods. Also, really being aware of those food labels and identifying any hidden sugars!!
