it’s stitched into the flag that flies high, it oozes from the monuments raised in honor of their gods of war, it seeps from the soil, flows from the rivers, lakes, oceans and seas, if you listen close you can hear it chanting in the breeze.

racism and oppression are systematic and generational. the foundations of this nation are inherently racist. if not we wouldn’t continually fight for the rights that are supposedly already ours.
