Dominion Energy I am genuinely perplexed about this situation. It would make way more sense if the entire building was out of power, but this half on / half off thing? WHAT?!

Also again, this is the SECOND time in the last TWO weeks this has happened to us, the surrounding businesses, and the residents who live upstairs…

For the egregious amount of money everyone is paying for your wack ass monopoly electricity this should not be happening more than once. I wanna talk to the CEO.

They also have told the chicken place that things should be normal at 2pm. This happened at 7am, so 7 hours of this essentially.

Today we got to help Kano find a couple great supplements to support him while he’s still recovering from his hip replacement surgery 😱

First off we got him set up with the new Life Insurance supplement from Project AD - which is a multivitamin, hydration, cellular energy production supplement, and SO much more all in one! This type of product is perfect for him while he’s trying to take his foundational health more seriously so he can feel his best once he’s able to start training hard again.

Secondly, he picked up a protein powder that he will be using as the main part of meal replacement. This will help him keep his calories lower so that he can drop body fat while recovering from surgery still. He may not be able to build a lot of muscle right now, but with the proper nutrition you can still absolutely keep fat OFF and even lose it while you aren’t able to train like normal.
