Quick break in between reflexology clients for some hand reflexology of my own!

Did you know one of the benefits of reflexology is that you can use simple techniques for self-care? I often share these techniques with clients so they have maximum benefit in between sessions.

Fun with footprints πŸ‘£ ☺️

When new clients schedule reflexology appointments, I take ink prints of their feet to see where they might be placing extra pressure while walking. This helps provide clues about which muscles in the feet and legs are tense.

Recently, a print didn't turn out well. For fun, I stepped on top of it wearing a pair of shoes, hence the exaggerated heel and toe patterns. This was the result of multiple prints overlaid, with a whole bunch of filters to get these colors.

Find fun wherever you are!

Can you imagine what the reflexology maps would look like for the dinosaurs that left these prints?! πŸ¦•

Join us for Climate Change, You, and Your Business with Alex Arnold and Kelly Klein

Presented Online Friday, October 7th 8:30am-10:00am

Whether we think of it on a day-to-day basis or not, climate change affects us all, and it will continue to have a greater impact as time goes on. While at times it can feel overwhelming to figure out how we can make the best choices for the climate while running our businesses and living our lives, there are so many opportunities to both calm the overwhelm and choose options that are both good for the planet and save money. Join Kelly Klein, representative for the small business community on the Vermont Climate Council, and Alex Arnold, climate coach and host of The Quiet Activists online community, for a discussion about what Vermont is doing to support our businesses, our people, and the climate.
