The Bentonia clinic will be closed in observation of Memorial Day. The clinic will return to normal business hours on Tuesday the 26th.

🚨Bentonia Clinic patients and all United Healthcare participants.

We were informed that a letter was delivered to some of our patients stating that we are not in network with UHC. That is false!

SMC is in network with UHC. One thing we do well is ensure we are in network with all payers so we can service patients near and far!

Thank you and please return for a visit if you received one of those letters. We would love to see you.

SMC is looking to hire a self-motivated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant! This position would function within our in-home network.

Primary care experience preferred but not required. This full time position (with benefits) would be flexible and allow for a better work/life balance. There would also be expected travel within the central Mississippi area.
