I always say there's a bridge between knowing and being, and that bridge is doing.
We can know what needs to change. We can know what's weighing us down. We can know what we're holding onto.
But nothing shifts until we take action.
For years, I've been carrying around storage bins full of things I told myself I might need someday. The truth? A lot of it wasn't taking up space in my house—it was taking up space in my mind.
This week, I finally started clearing it out.
And something interesting happened.
The action created the clarity.
Not the other way around.
I didn't wait until I felt completely ready. I started, and with every box donated, every item released, and every decision made, I felt lighter.
Sometimes the breakthrough isn't hidden in another book, another reading, or another sign from the Universe.
Sometimes it's sitting inside the thing you've been avoiding.
Knowing is awareness. Being is embodiment. Doing is the bridge that gets you there.
What have you been meaning to let go of?
