7 things you DON’T need to start your online nutrition coaching business.

Save this the next time you convince yourself you need one more thing before you’re allowed to start.

You don’t need a big following.
You don’t need a fancy logo.
You don’t need another certification.
You don’t need a Squarespace site.
You don’t need to quit your day job first.
You don’t need to be on every platform.
You don’t need to have it all figured out.

You need a plan, real mentorship, and a community that’s already winning.

That’s what Alter is.

We help you become a successful online nutrition coach.

That’s the whole thing!

Not “build your personal brand.” Not “monetize your passion.” Not “manifest your dream life.”

We teach you the actual system.

Including the social media piece — because that’s where most coaches get stuck.

We’ve taken people from under a few hundred followers to thousands.

From “I don’t even know what to post” to posting with clarity, growing an audience, and signing real paying clients.

Not because they went viral.

Because they finally had a system.

That’s what Alter is.

3 things you need to be a successful online nutrition coach:

Know exactly who you’re talking to.
Know exactly what you’re selling.
Have strong convictions about both.

That’s the difference between “some months” and consistent $10K months.

Stop wasting your time trying to figure it out by yourself. We already mastered the process.

Nobody in our field does this math out loud….so let me do it for you. 🙋🏼‍♀️

Six clients. That’s what stands between you and never having to request PTO again.

Save this and run the numbers on your own life.

200 followers. $1,100 in TWO DAYS. 😱🔥

She’s learning how to become more than just a great nutrition coach—she’s learning how to build a coaching business that actually THRIVES online. 🤩

Because knowing how to coach is only ONE piece of the puzzle.

Inside Alter Nutrition, we teach you how to:
✨ position yourself as the expert
✨ create an offer people actually want
✨ attract the RIGHT people online
✨ turn viewers into paying clients
✨ build a business that can actually make you MONEY

Most of you already know how to help people.

What you’re missing is the business + online strategy behind getting people to PAY you for it👏🏼

And btw… you do NOT need a massive following to make this work.

She did this with 200 followers🤯

That’s exactly what we teach inside Alter.

And I’m not talking theory….I’m talking real results.

One of our mentees came into Alter with 900 followers and zero online coaching experience.

Today? Over 100K followers and just crossed $45K online 😳😳😳

She didn’t go viral. She didn’t get lucky. She followed a system.

Inside the Alter Nutrition Coaching Mentorship, we teach you:

✓ how to pick the right niche and person (the #1 thing most coaches get wrong)
✓ how to build an offer people actually want to buy
✓ how to price it so 6 clients replaces your salary — not 60
✓ how to create content that signs clients, not just gets likes
✓ how to sell in the DMs without feeling sleazy
✓ how to build a real business, not a content hobby

You don’t need a big following. You don’t need years of experience. You don’t need to have it all figured out.

You need a plan, real mentorship, and a community that’s already winning.

I know this is going to ruffle feathers. Say what you want.

5 years of school.
A masters degree.
1,200 supervised practice hours.
Boards passed.
Licensure maintained.
Continuing education for the rest of your career.
Six figures of student loan debt.

And the “top of market” Indeed notification you got this week? $42 an hour. Salary cap around $70K.

Excuse me?

That is not a career.
That is a ceiling with a stethoscope on it.

And you’re supposed to be “grateful to have a job.” You’re supposed to be “in it for the mission, not the money.” You’re supposed to smile and nod and take what you’re given.

We’re done pretending that’s okay.

Because here’s what nobody talks about:

Every hour a credentialed RD spends being underpaid is an hour they can’t spend actually helping the people who need them most. The ones who don’t have insurance. The ones who don’t fit inside the 15-minute billable slot. The ones the hospital system has no interest in serving properly.

Online coaching is not “leaving the field.” It’s expanding what our field can BE.

Making more money isn’t greedy.
Charging what you’re worth isn’t unethical.
Building a business isn’t abandoning your calling.

It’s finally getting paid like the expert you actually are.

The Alter Nutrition Coaching Mentorship is a 6-month program for RDs, nurses, and health professionals who are done accepting a ceiling someone else built.
