So the kids have been begging to do a pemonade stand all year, and they have been trying to sell all sorts of crafty creations; so I signed them up for a kids vendor event that's close by here. Today we are making a fresh batch of each Lemonade we will have, so we can make sure ratios are right with the potency of this gears herbs (several from our own garden, even though we could only grow a few things this year!) And here is what our Bee Balm & Rose blend looks like entirely unedited 😍

These harvests seem small per item, and they are, but when you get one every couple weeks all through the summer...they add up! Here we have Echinacea, Basil, Lemongrass, Peppermint, Spearmint, Thyme, and some yummy tomatoes! Normally I would dry the leafy herbs, but unfortunately we don't have the space in our little rental for the herb hangers (reminding myself that it isn't long term 😅) so I'm thankful for little harvests that will fit on the shelves in my dehydrator; which just got through drying the Elderberries! And the handle of our basket for the basil!

Freshly whipped, antibacterial lotion/butter for our house 🤌🏻

We use the ingredients of Understaphed and a couple extras to make this soft and hydrating whip, so it is high profile healing, without the beeswax layer for my sensitive skinned kiddo. A little goes a long way!

Understaphed for the win again!

On one of our summer trips, I didn't have my regular go to for mastitis and/or clogged milk ducts (Lymphatic Release Oil, and Hot Pepper Salve) but I had the Understaphed Oil Roller available. So I used that, and it worked beautifully! So a couple days ago when the babe and I woke up from nap time and I had a sore clog, I decided to use it again. To no surprise of mine, it worked beautifully again! It is always good to have the many different uses tucked away for each product!

So, we woke up Monday morning to find these 2 unfortunate spots on my little guy. I hadn't noticed them the night before, but I'm guessing they were there, just not as painfully obvious. Are they likely bug bites? Yes. But as you can see even through the photos, they are both clearly angry, and got that way fast. They were very red, swollen, and pretty warm to the touch. Now I would normally use the Creepy Crawly bug bite salve on these, but because they were looking like they were possibly headed towards cellulitis, I decide to go a little bit more targeted and use the Understaphed Infection Oil Roller! Now the salve has worked for these in the past but I suspected the infection roller would work faster, and it did! I applied the oil and massaged it in probably 4x daily, usually around diaper changes or changing clothes, so i already had him expecting to lay still. As you can see the oil worked so well! Diversity in products is always a win in my book!
