It's 2am and you're still replaying it.

For you, that might be the same relationship pattern, the same financial ceiling, the same body that won't calm down no matter what you've tried.

For you, it might be watching your horse shut down or react in a way you can't reach, and no trainer or vet has gotten anywhere near the root of it.

Either way, the question is the same: who's actually going to get to the bottom of this?

Root & Rewild is one month built around finding that root and working it all the way through.

Wild Woman — this is where the looping thoughts start to quiet, where you stop white-knuckling your way through triggers and start actually navigating them. Calmer nervous system. Clearer head. Room to want things again instead of just surviving the day.

Horse & Rider — this is where the behavior that's had you worried finally gets read correctly, and where the disconnect between you and your horse starts closing. Not managing symptoms. Understanding what was actually being communicated the whole time.

Same foundation, four weeks, weekly 1:1 work — you just pick where it gets applied.

5 spots this round. Link in bio.

This was so beautifully said!

I will just call it as I see it!

I have seen so many posts from horse owners, all saying the same thing.

"I bought this horse and I don't understand why it is giving me a hard time"

*insert different wording but all saying the same damn thing.

Well here is the deal....

Horses need time to adjust and acclimate just like we do...

So you can't just expect to bring home a new horse and it do EVERYTHING you want it to do.

How about giving it some time, building a connection, and then build from there!

I never imagined this would be my life.

Sitting at the edge of a pond, kids paddle boarding and fishing a few feet away, while I hold client sessions right here.
No desk.
No four walls.
No permission needed.

I used to believe work meant sitting inside, tied to a desk, trading my days for someone else's schedule.

Then I stepped fully into this healing work — into my power, into my knowing — and realized none of that was ever true.

I get to build a life, not just a job.

I get to be present for my kids and still show up fully for my clients.

I get to enjoy my days instead of surviving them.

If you're a woman reading this feeling stuck, feeling like this is just how life has to be — it's not.

You are meant for more than the life you've settled into.

The version of you that's still spinning in circles, still proving herself, still waiting for permission — she doesn't have to stay there.

When people ask why I lift...

It's not only because I lift spirits...

it's not for the muscles...

It's so I never have to walk back to the barn twice.

Efficient or unhinged? Yes.

Dee Dee and I rode in the front pasture for the first time today.

We were both anxious. Me nervous about pushing us both, her nervous about everything her body was bracing for.

So we breathed.

We walked it out.

And slowly, we both settled.

Then I got up the nerve to canter her for the first time.

Another fear, faced.

But the moment that got me — on the way back to the barn, she stopped to eat grass.

Something she has never been settled enough to do on the leadline.

Not once.

That's not a small thing.

That's a nervous system finally trusting the moment it's in.

And it didn't happen because I forced it.

It happened because we both did the work to get there — the breathing, the grounding, the slow rebuilding of trust between two bodies learning to move as one.

This is exactly what I bring into the Heart to Horse Connections Clinic — and it's also the heart of what we do together 1:1 if you and your horse want this kind of reset.

If you know a barn or group of riders who'd want to host a clinic, send me a message.

And if it's just you and your horse ready for this work, DM me — we'll figure out what that looks like.

Pet peeve time.

If a healer hands you twenty steps to "clear" something instead of just saying "this is outside what I can help with," run.

Healing isn't a checklist.

It's not regimented.

And it sure as hell isn't a way to keep you dependent on someone who doesn't actually know how to help you.

Say the hard, honest thing. "I can't help with this" is a complete sentence.

Have you run into this? Tell me about it in the comments.

Welcome to the "funny farm"!

Today, 6 little chick's joined our fun and the boys are beyond excited!

We had chickens before, but it has been a few years.

They definitely were not expecting me to say yes, finally, but I caved haha

There was a time I looked in this mirror and didn't see anything worth loving.

Now I look and I soften. Not because everything got easier.

Because I stopped being at war with what I saw.

I stand here now and something's different.

Not because I look different — because I finally see myself.

The parts I used to hide from, the parts I used to fight, the parts I used to numb out just to get through the day.

All of it.

And for the first time it doesn't feel like something to fix.

It feels like home.

That's what the healing actually gives you. Not a new face. A new set of eyes.

To the women in my collective still standing in that old mirror moment — you don't have to face it alone.

Trust your wild. Find your flow.

What's waiting on the other side of this work is you, finally able to see you.

When's the last time you looked in the mirror and actually saw yourself? Tell me below.

Your horse has been waiting to be heard. So has the rider standing next to it.

If you've stood at the rail and watched a rider white-knuckle through a lesson they should have relaxed into by now, this is for you.

If you've watched a horse get labeled "difficult" when what it's actually doing is reflecting every ounce of tension its rider walked in with, this is for you.

Heart to Horse Connections is a six-hour clinic I bring straight to your barn. We ground the rider first. Then the horse. Then we bring both of them together in the saddle, carrying everything they've just learned. Breathwork. Nervous system regulation. Real energy work. Not a lesson. A recalibration.

Here's what your riders walk away with:

The rider who's done everything right and still can't relax in the saddle finally gets tools that work in the moment, not just in theory. She stops bracing before she even mounts up.
The horse who spooks, tenses, or resists gets met at the root instead of drilled on the surface. Behaviors months of traditional training couldn't touch start to shift in a single day.
The everyday rider stops guessing what their horse is telling them and starts actually hearing it. The relationship they came in with becomes the relationship they actually wanted.

Horses are the biggest mirror we have. When the rider settles, the horse settles. That isn't a theory — that's what happens in the arena, every time I run this clinic.

If you're a barn owner or facility who wants to hand your community something they'll still be talking about months later, not just another clinic on the calendar, let's talk.

DM me to bring Heart to Horse Connections to your barn.
