Day Circles Like many, our journey has been one of ups and downs.

Along the way, we've been blessed to learn from our experiences and the beautiful souls we've connected with. We understand it to be a sacred responsibility to share what we've learned with others. There are many positive points to focus on along the journey. We've chosen to base what we share on these three things:

LIVE - The life we're blessed with is temporary and meant to be lived! LOVE- Of a

ll of the things we could experience in this life, love is the greatest of all. EVOLVE - All of the experiences of this life should cause to grow. Taking what we've learned from Decades on the journey, and the training we've dedicated ourselves to, we create space where you can allow yourself to experience all three of these. Here are some of the modalities through which we create and hold space:

~Group Circles
~Nature Experiences
~Group Sound Meditations and Sound Baths
~Retreats
To "Hold Space" means we create an environment that is safe, love-filled, and away from daily routines where you can learn, heal, and grow
