Yoga Nidra, often called “yogic sleep,” is a restorative guided meditation that settles you into that blissful space between waking and sleeping. Your body gets to experience true, deep rest while your mind stays gently aware.

Our next High Vibe Drumming Circle is less than two weeks away!

Take time to catch your breath, slow down, find focus, raise your vibration, and set intentions for the days, weeks, and new season ahead!

Research has proven that drumming can accelerate healing, boost the immune system, and aid in releasing emotional trauma. In today’s world, we can all use more of that! In this class we will use the power of the drum to find focus, open up the heart, and step into new energy of self healing and manifestation. Jay's drum circles are always full of energy, connections (mind/body AND community), and fun!

You can bring your own drum, borrow one of ours, or just kick back and take in the vibrations surrounding you. No experience is necessary!

Happy Sunday! This week, we would love to have you join us for our weekly classes & Community Acupuncture! Our weekly Thursday night Candlelight Flow Yoga (with Live Music!) will resume meeting weekly this Thursday, September 3rd, at 6:45 pm!

As we move into September, we are going to relaunch our "I Am" Campaign! We will offer WEEKLY Community Grief Circles, a High Vibe Drumming Circle, a *Free* "Empathy vs. Compassion" Talk (at the Ellsworth Library), Yoga Nidra, our "I Am" Campaign Relaunch Event, a Fall Equinox Gathering, a Sound Bath (with Harmony Hands Reiki), a Reiki Level 1 training, *Free* Karma Yoga, and a High Vibe Meditation Night!

As always, you can join us in the studio to "Pair It Up!" (take 2 classes or workshops in a week and save $5!). Add both classes to your cart and enter code "PairItUp$5" at checkout!

Our Thursday evening Candlelight Yoga Flow (with Live Music!) will resume meeting weekly beginning next Thursday, September 3rd!!

End your day with live bass music, flowy movement, deep stretching, and mindfulness! Let your breath guide you through this slow flow, intentional practice, enhancing relaxation, reducing stress, and increasing mindfulness and connection.

All levels are welcome to attend!
