💥 Our Tuesday Acupressure/Reflexology class started Shiatsu training today with teacher Debbie Libhart, CMT, HHScEd.

Shiatsu is a non-disrobing massage modality originating from Japan. It can be performed in a chair, on a massage table, or even using a mat on the floor.
