Age 67: Reversing the Signs of Aging
Just a few years ago, Mimi was feeling old and fragile.
She could barely move, was carrying extra weight, and had very little motivation.
She decided that was not who she was going to be.
Today, she is turning back the clock and performing at an elite level.
Mimi plays competitive pickleball 4 to 5 times per week for 2 hours at a time, and still comes in for her fitness sessions 3 times per week.
When asked how she feels today, her answer is simple: "I feel 40."
She is living proof that just because we age, it does not mean we have to get old.
