Age 67: Reversing the Signs of Aging

Jump rope with 2 lb rope — 1 minute
•Treadmill moderate sprint — •5 minutes (8mph)
•Stability burpees — 10 reps
Ab rollouts — 10 reps
Strength and Conditioning
•Dumbbell rows — 3 rounds
•Split squat knee over toe lunges — 3 rounds
•Ab crunch machine — 3 rounds
•Lower back extensions — 3 rounds
•Elevated heel goblet squats — 3 rounds (80 lb kettlebell)
•Rest between sets: 60 to 90 seconds max.

A lot of people see pull-ups and immediately think that is not for me.

Too hard. Too advanced. Not ready yet.

That is exactly why I want to talk about them.

Pull-ups can be started by almost anyone at any level.
You can use a band for support.

You can use a machine. You can have someone assist you.

The point is to start. The movement is what matters.
And here is why it is worth starting.

Pull-ups change the way your back looks in a way that is very hard to get from other exercises.

That back fat that bothers most people. The softness around the upper and mid back.

Pull-ups target that area directly and consistently.
Over time you get a lean, V-shape, defined back that gives you that youthful, strong, and confident look.

They also build the kind of full body control and strength that makes you look like you actually train.

Age 53: Mace Training: M/W 40+
Rotational strength is the first thing to deteriorate after 50.

Mace training directly addresses that by loading the body through full rotational planes — something barbells and machines don't do.

Shoulder health is the second major factor. The offset weight of the mace forces the rotator cuff and scapular stabilizers to work actively through every rep, rebuilding functional stability rather than just size.

Grip strength — one of the strongest clinical predictors of longevity — is trained continuously throughout every movement pattern.

Because the mace engages the core, shoulders, and grip simultaneously in a single fluid movement, it trains the body as an integrated system rather than isolated parts.

That's how the body actually functions.

For the 40+ demographic specifically, it also keeps the joints mobile under load — which is the difference between maintaining function and losing it.

Age 53: Loving Living 😎

​We spend the first half of our lives learning who the world wants us to be.

​We follow the rules and we accept the limits that people place on us.

​But the second half of life is about unlearning those things and taking back your power.

​The Spiritual is your fuel—it is the energy and the hope that keeps you going.
