Defaulting to JOY remains one of my BEST decisions of my life. 👌🏾 it's actually very difficult for me to rage or be bothered. I just zoom in on joy.

Starting next month I will be holding space for women to gather virtually and organize their decisions.

The gatherings will happen every 3rd Tuesday at 8pmEST.

It is the free monthly virtual meetup for high vibrating women to connect, explore, and recharge.

It is also the space where you get to meet and greet with women whose leadership I trust and admire.

I am looking for women who keep the standard of sisterhood high and their focus on the joys of life.

Life is precious ✨️ 4 years ago on this day I was dying. I couldn't even go the bathroom without filling the toilet up with blood.

I DECIDED to release the cancer in less than 30 days. 9 days after my diagnosis they could no longer find the tumor nor any trace of cancer in my body.

There are so many details about this testimony.

I rose early today to sit with the Lord of Wisdom and remember that obstacles need my permission to exist.

Start each day mindfully. Empty out. Give each day everything you are. ❤️

What can we learn from Rem's media craze?

Most women misalign in relationships when they are experiencing identity shifts. 🤷🏾‍♀️

They are too attracted to connection and don't vet lifestyle compatibility because they are emotionally dysregulated.

It's costly to grant your resources, creative power, and proximity to men looking for a come up though.

Your transformative energy brings moths to your flame. Your vulnerability is seductive to parasitic men and they boast about you needing their presence. And these men believe in humiliation rituals once you reject them and stop feeding them.

She married one and cheated with another.

Because she's a public figure we will witness how this pattern plays out.

Both Pap and EZ are riding her moment of success to create their own motion. They both are showing that they thrive off of women's affection and love and it dictates their work ethic.

When you know YOU are love itself, emotion is not that impressive.

Strong feelings and desire does not grant you access.

If you don't come with the key, you unlock nothing.

You keep your brain and heart coherent.
You properly place.

When you know you're just taking care of your s8xual health, you properly place.

You never crown 👑 a f*boy.

You never knowingly give him am******on by improperly placing him in your life and allowing him to see or know too much so he can go on podcasts and air it out for a profit.

I did everything I was “supposed” to do to be “stable” in life at this big age, according to society. 🙄 Shiiiiii....

2 bachelor's degrees, a master's, an honorary doctorate. Awards from my state, the federal government, and my community. Over 12 holistic health certifications. Licensed and ordained interfaith minister. Traveled the world singing, preaching, and serving church communities.

I was celibate for 5 YEARS STRAIGHT, then got married right out of college because my wanted be hoe ass wanted to “be obedient to God.” 😂

I divorced after 6 years of struggle love, then entered a monogamous covenant marriage for 7 years. I became a mother to one child with one man because bloodline ties matter to me.

Then I had to shatter that family dream and start over as a single mother—right at the peak of scaling my empire.

I KNOW the weight of adversity.

But the ONLY thing that birthed my legacy was RADICAL SELF-ACCEPTANCE.

Not the degrees. Not the awards. Not the titles. Not the marriages. Not the applause.

Alignment over achievement was the deliverance.

Today, I live with a joy so rooted within me that it built a THRONE IN HELL.

Not even the darkest nights of my soul could make me abandon myself.

Adversity can no longer shame me or take me out.

So tell me: WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO SHOW FOR YOUR LIFE IF YOU NEVER MEET YOURSELF?

The you who isn't defined by accomplishments or other people's expectations?

THAT is the woman who knows how to stand. THAT is the woman who is STABLE.

Years ago I read a book about spiritual abuse and I really believe that it is so prevalent in wide ranges of religions and traditions because of the belief in a devil, villain, some other power than God.

Yes you would fear what could outrank your God.

Please know you can turn anything or anyone into your "God" by where you place your beliefs.

✍️🏾 The abuse is systemic, theological, and doctrinal.

I cringe when I hear people passionately say they believe in the devil.

Define "devil" and what he did to earn your strong belief.

Cuz for me and my house.. God does the most.

And when you believe something or someone has power to harm you, you look for protection. And here comes manipulators invoicing you, soliciting you, controlling you, invoking fear in you... to keep you "safe".

Fear is a magnet for predators.

I place my belief in God. For me, there is 1 power, not 2 and yes we fade to black and are the light of the world.

And both are equal AS God, in my truth.

I am safest when I'm well integrated.
Extreme beliefs are unsafe.

I don't need to believe in a devil to understand evil. I just choose to understand POLARITY, which is the environment of Earth.
