This beauty was pierced by me and this is her 1st downsize — an important step I highly recommend once the initial swelling has settled for all piercings but especially oral piercings.

Why? Because that extra-long starter bar has a job: it leaves room for swelling. But once you’ve healed past that stage, wearing jewelry that’s unnecessarily long can mean more movement and contact with your teeth and gums — and we’re trying to keep that smile cute, not risk a damaged tooth😌🦷!

✨ Less irritation to surrounding tissue
✨ More comfortable, more intentional fit

Let’s talk about quality for a second — I love when clients send me photos like these because they’re proof that you can see and feel the difference. Notice that mirror finish? That’s not just pretty — it tells you the metal is legit. Getting that kind of shine takes several rounds of polishing to create a super smooth surface. And here’s why that matters: smooth jewelry = smooth healing.

Quick reminder: plan to come back around 4-6 weeks to downsize. My client sent these at week 4 (still slightly swollen, which is normal). In about 2 more weeks, things should settle enough to downsize and keep this healing phase going strong!

She originally came to me for her septum, then later her central labret. Sadly she had removed her septum, and it sealed up while she was away — so of course we went back in to get it redone!

She was uncomfortable with the pressure from the clamp, so we switched to freehand instead 🩸 — so glad these action shots got captured 📸

A tiny lil stack with a BIG payoff 😮‍💨✨

If this ear looks familiar it’s because it is 🤭. was due to be back in town so it was time to chip away at her ears again ⛏️😛. We ordered this beautiful tiny little marquis gem top from during her last visit to make sure this addition fit perfectly into her curation — and LOOK how seamlessly it fills everything out 🤩. Talk about gold GALOR💛!

I’ve also had the honor of doing her 3rd lobes, which healed beautifully and gave her the freedom to start styling with her own jewelry + finally graduate into hoops 🥳✨. We love a healed queen!!!
