For nearly six decades, the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry of USC has operated the nation's largest civilian mobile dental program, delivering free, comprehensive care to thousands of underserved children, families, and veterans across California.

At the center of that massive operation sits a single critical workhorse: the Instrument Management System (IMS) unit - the sterilization hub that keeps up to 30 external dental chairs running safely in the field.

After 27 years of continuous service, the original trailer has officially reached the end of its journey. To replace it, alumni, faculty, and philanthropic partners rallied behind the Power of 1,000 Campaign, raising over $1.1 million to build a next-generation replacement.

When USC sought a partner to bring this vision to life, they chose to collaborate locally with us.

Clinicas del Camino Real, Inc.

We’ve officially wrapped production on Clinicas del Camino Real, Inc. new Mobile Mammography Unit! Its the very first mobile breast cancer screening and X-ray clinic in Ventura County!

Instead of making patients wait or travel far, this state-of-the-art vehicle allows Clínicas to bring hospital-grade 3D mammograms directly to each of their health center locations across the region.

Yesterday, we were honored to welcome the team from the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry of USC to our Riverside headquarters to officially unveil and deliver their brand-new, custom instrument sterilization trailer.

This Instrument Management System (IMS) unit is the operational heart of the largest civilian mobile dental fleet in the country. Replacing their aging 27-year-old trailer, this state-of-the-art unit features advanced expanding walls to maximize workspace and efficiency for the clinic's dedicated staff.

It was a beautifully bittersweet milestone for our team at Aleph Group Inc. After two years of close, intensive collaboration to get every single detail just right, it is tough to say goodbye to a project we have poured so much heart & pride into. But we're incredibly excited for its future.

🚛 Mission-Ready for September:

This September, the trailer officially deploys to West Los Angeles. Its inaugural mission will be providing critical, life-changing dental care to low-income Veterans who lack VA dental coverage.

Thank you to the entire USC team for trusting us to be part of your story. We engineered this unit to surpass the legacy of your last one, and we look forward to watching the incredible impact it will make in the community for decades to come!
