Do y’all realize how much 40 pounds actually is?! Because I had to put it into perspective. 😂

40 pounds is roughly:
🧳 That suitcase you SWEAR is under the airline weight limit
👧🏾 A whole 4-year-old child
🐶 A big bag of dog food
🐱 A big container/bag of kitty litter
💧 About FIVE gallons of water
🍚 A giant bag of rice
🏋🏾‍♀️ Two 20-lb dumbbells
🥔 Enough potatoes to feed everybody at Thanksgiving AND send plates home 😂

And somebody just walked in here and said, “Yeah… I don’t need that anymore.” 💅🏾

FORTY. WHOLE. POUNDS. GONE. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

That’s not “a little weight.” That’s not “just a few pounds.” Baby, you put down a TODDLER AND A CARRY-ON. 😂😂😂

We are celebrating EVERY pound, every better choice, every time you showed up when you didn’t feel like it, and every moment you chose your goals over your excuses.
