Bradley Free Clinic Low-cost health care for low-income uninsured and underinsured residents in the Roanoke Valley. BFC does not accept patients with Medicare.

Bradley Free Clinic (BFC) provides free medical, dental, behavioral health, and pharmacy care for uninsured and underinsured, working families who cannot afford the cost of private care. We do accept patients with Medicaid and those who only have catastrophic/high deductible insurance. To be a patient at BFC a patient's income must be at or below 300% of the Federal Poverty Level. BFC typically pr

ovides health care for:

Residents of Roanoke City, Roanoke County, Salem, Town of Vinton, Botetourt, or Craig County, but we do not have a geographic restriction. People who work in full-time, part-time, and seasonal jobs, plus students enrolled in college or training programs,
