After much thought and consideration, we want to share an important update with our amazing clients and community. ❤️

Our Roanoke location will officially close on 05/15/2026 as we transition to a new chapter for our practice.

Moving forward, we will continue serving clients through:
✨ Telehealth services
✨ Our Decatur location
✨ A new concierge-style model for clients who prefer not to travel

We will continue offering aesthetic and weight-loss services in Decatur two days each month.
• Krista will be servicing clients in the Decatur location
• Tabatha will continue servicing clients throughout the Fort Wayne/Roanoke area
This decision was not made lightly, and we are incredibly grateful for every client who has supported us along the way. Your trust and loyalty mean everything to us.
