Meet Savannah, Dr. Amos’s wife, who is currently 27 weeks pregnant with our first baby.
Like many expecting moms, she wants to stay active, move well, and feel her best throughout pregnancy. But that doesn’t mean aches, pains, stiffness, and movement limitations don’t show up along the way.
In this session, I’m helping her manage discomfort, improve mobility, and keep her body moving efficiently as she prepares for labor, delivery, and recovery afterward.
Pregnancy changes the way your body moves. Your center of gravity shifts, joints become more mobile, and muscles have to adapt to support a growing baby. The goal isn’t to simply get through pregnancy. It’s to help you stay active, continue doing the things you love, and set yourself up for a healthier recovery after birth.
Whether you’re pregnant or postpartum, pain and limitations shouldn’t keep you from enjoying this season of life. You deserve to feel strong, capable, and confident in your body.
If you’re pregnant or postpartum and looking for a safe, movement-focused approach to help you stay active, get out of pain, and recover well, we’d love to help.
