From three centers to 12, Stephanie Perdue has had a front-row seat to much of CCR’s 25-year journey. Through decades of growth and change, she says one thing has remained constant: a commitment to doing what’s right for residents, families, and staff.

As we celebrate this milestone, Stephanie reflects on what has shaped CCR, what has stayed true, and what she hopes we’ll carry forward.

CCR was recently pleased to host its annual Defense Counsel Roundtable in Roanoke. We feel fortunate to partner with defense attorneys who share our mission and take the time to understand our business, the operations of the nursing centers we support, and believe in the good care that is being provided every day by a dedicated health care team. Developing these relationships and learning from each other at these yearly touchpoints is key to an effective defense when the nursing centers need it.

Behind every one of our 12 managed centers is a home office team that genuinely loves what they do, and Friday's company picnic was a wonderful reminder of that. As we continue celebrating 25 years of supporting caregivers across Virginia, we're grateful for every team member who has been with us on this journey.

Great care starts with great support behind the scenes. This past week, HR leaders from our managed centers gathered at our home office for training on the Paycom platform, designed to strengthen how we support our staff, so our staff can keep giving your loved ones the attention they deserve.
