I put passion flower in my CALM tincture, my SLEEP tincture, and my PAIN RELIEF tincture!! I also drink it as a tea or use it in healthy mocktails when it’s needed. (And this week IT IS NEEDED!!!!) see WHY below:
Key Health Benefits
• Anxiety Relief: Studies suggest that passion flower can reduce anxiety symptoms, with some research indicating it may be as effective as certain benzodiazepine medications for generalized anxiety.
• Improved Sleep: As a sedative, it is used to combat insomnia and promote better sleep quality. It is often recommended for nervous exhaustion.
• Reduced Stress & Calm Mind: It helps calm the mind and reduce mental stress.
• Pain & Inflammation Management: Passion flower has anti-inflammatory properties that may help alleviate pain associated with headaches, arthritis, and muscle soreness.
• Menopausal Symptom Relief: It is sometimes used in over-the-counter preparations to reduce symptoms related to menopause, such as hot flashes.
• ADD/ADHD Management: It is sometimes used to help manage hyperactivity.
