20 muscle-ups in a row

31 pullups in a row

100 pushups in a row

310 pullups in 45 minutes

203 muscle-ups in 2 hours

1st marathon was accidental

Ran Ultramarathon for 6 hours

10,000 pushups in 24 hours

100,000 pushups in 6 months

405 lb max squat 

175 lbs

4 percent body fat

No fake plates.

No fake muscles.

No fake image.

Just me.
