Summer skincare isn’t just about protecting your skin from the ☀️ sun.
Instead of what needs to be added,

•Am I spending more time outside, sweating more, swimming more, or traveling more?
• Is my skin asking for more hydration, more antioxidants, or simply less?
• What activities of summer am I participating in that my skin is responding to?
•Am I nourishing my skin the same way nature nourishes itself during the brightest season?

9 years ago today belongs to one woman who’s a Business Owner, a Household Runner , a Parent raising two children alone, a Skin Coach, a Skin Healer, a Skin Therapist.
