Here they are!
The first graduating cohort of the Spirit Organic Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training! These incredible people have just gone through 85 hours of Yoga Alliance approved training in prenatal and postpartum yoga, and are SO ready to go. Be on the lookout for lots of new and incredible perinatal yoga offerings in both the doula and yoga worlds! Rochester is such a lucky city!

This guy… IYKYK… so grateful to be able to see my friend (everyone’s friend) Khalid again. We first met when I started my MFA in Brockport, and here we are now… 20 years later! The journey of life is such a beautiful mystery.

I’ve said it before, I’ll say it again, love Brockport dance so much.
