Our social work team recently volunteered with Family Service Rochester to deliver Meals on Wheels. Access to nutritious food is one of the needs highlighted in our Community Health Needs Assessment, and we’re grateful for the chance to support our neighbors in this hands-on way. 💙

Today, September 10, 2026, is World Su***de Prevention Day.

Olmsted Medical Center recognizes the impact that su***de can have on individuals and communities. Starting a conversation and genuinely asking, "How are you doing?" can make a difference.

Sharing your own mental health journey with a family member or trusted friend creates space for healing. Talking about su***de is not harmful, but silence can make people feel isolated and alone. One honest, caring conversation can increase a sense of connection and hope. You do not need to have the right words, but you can help connect a person in crisis with a trained mental health professional.

Supporting families, building connections, and celebrating healthy beginnings. 💙

OMC was proud to sponsor the Olmsted Area Breastfeeding Coalition’s World Breastfeeding Celebration on August 22 at Soldiers Field Park.

Anna Klenner joined families and community partners for a day focused on celebrating breastfeeding, connecting families with resources, and supporting parents throughout their feeding journeys.

OMC Regional Foundation is honored to be one of the beneficiaries of the annual Kid’s Cup golf tournament hosted again this year by GPC! Over the past 29 years, this event has generated more than $2 million to support medical resources for children and families.
