Enjoyed a terrific day of work today—got a lot accomplished toward the new site and secured hooks for the group room contracting job; handled a bunch of other stuff as well.

The day’s sessions featured a favorite experience, a visit with my 87 year old patient.

I’m still basking in the gifts received last weeekend during a three day immersive Vedic Thai Bodywork course in Saranac Lake.

I enjoyed the opportunity to meet my classmates and teacher as much as being introduced to the work itself.

Sending gratitude to Amy Jane Stewart for extending the invitation, Gretchen Mills for hosting and Mukti for imparting his wisdom and sharing his expertise and gifted hands with us.

The gift I’m savoring most is the abdominal hand placement and breathing techniques we learned to instill an instantaneous sense of calm and tranquility that can easily be bestowed upon the recipient provided their receptivity, within moments.

Thank you again to Mukti, Michael Buck of The Vedic Conservatory.

Updates from The Space! Was gonna do a live but Jared, my Suoer was working on something for me as I wa heading out.

I’m so grateful I stuck with it and have everything looking so beauteous heading into the weekend and out of town to the beautiful Adirondack Mountain Region. I’ll be staying near Ellensburg in Mountain Lyon and the training is on Main Street in Saranac Lake! I’m so excited.

A special thank you to my colleague, Amy, for sharing this recommendation with me!

Can’t wait! 🙌🏻💃🏼🫀🪶🌿🌟🐚🍃☀️⛰️
