September is National Su***de Prevention Month 🤎

This month, let’s make checking in on each other a little more normal. Ask the question. Listen without judgment. Make the call. Send the text. Let someone know they don’t have to go through a difficult moment alone.

You never know how much a simple “How are you really doing?” can mean.

NEED SUPPORT? YOU ARE NOT ALONE. Asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness

Yesterday was a beautiful reminder that wellness is about more than just taking care of ourselves.

it’s about connecting, slowing down, and making space to breathe.

We walked, talked, laughed, and shared some good energy with one another. Thank you to everyone who came out and made the evening special!

And a special thank you to Lisa W. Boyle for being such a great team member and for leading us through a wonderful Breath Body Mind session.

This is what community looks like!
