July's Circle Session is rooted in restoration, joy, and intentional living. As summer unfolds, we are invited to slow down, reconnect with ourselves, and honor the life we are intentionally creating. This is a season of embracing rest without guilt, celebrating how far you've come, and choosing peace as an act of self-love and resistance.
Our sessions are trauma-informed and lovingly crafted for Black women ages 18 and older. Together, we create a sacred space for reflection, healing, grounding, and authentic sisterhood—centering emotional wellness, self-compassion, collective wisdom, and empowerment.
