Healthy connections are built on the foundations of mutual respect and clear limits. 🕊️

When we understand our own limits, we create a safe container for intimacy to grow. From how we share our thoughts to how we protect our personal space, every boundary is a form of self-care that strengthens our relationships.

Swipe through to see the difference between porous, rigid, and healthy boundaries.

A healthy life is built from the ground up. 🪵✨

When we talk about wellness and intimacy, we have to talk about the foundation: your body. If you aren't sleeping, eating, or moving in a way that nourishes you, it’s much harder to show up fully in your relationships.

The PLEASE skill from DBT is a simple checklist to help you get back to basics. Swipe through to see how these five daily habits can transform your mood and your connection to yourself and others.

Cancer changes so much—including how we feel in our bodies and in our intimate lives. Healing those parts of ourselves can be confusing, lonely, and sometimes painful.

On May 27, 2025 at 7:00 PM, Dr. Kranz will be offering a free online program with the Breast Cancer Coalition of Rochester:
“Body Compassion After Cancer: From Healing to Pleasure.”

This presentation is for anyone who has had breast or gynecologic cancer, and for the people who care about them—partners, loved ones, and health care providers. We’ll talk about real‑life challenges and practical ways to move toward more comfort, confidence, and pleasure.

The session will cover:

Common concerns after treatment, like body changes, vaginal health, comfort, and desire

How to rebuild trust and connection with your body

Using a gentle, pleasure‑focused approach as part of emotional and physical healing

How sexual wellness—feeling comfortable and capable in your body—can support overall well‑being and self‑compassion

You deserve information and support that is honest, hopeful, and kind.

The big takeaway: There is no "right" way to experience this cycle. Your body’s response is unique to YOU.
Swipe to break down the 4 phases. ➡️
