A Friendly Reminder to All Patients About Appointment Timeliness:
We know life with kids can be busy, and we truly appreciate the effort it takes to get to appointments on time. Respecting scheduled times helps us stay on track and provide the best care to all of our patients
Arrival Time Matters: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment so we can avoid delays for other families. If you know you are going to be late, please call the office and see if there’s still time to see your child, or if you will have to reschedule. Having to reschedule due to being late will be subject to a fee.
Physicals & Paperwork: Please complete all required paperwork before your visit whenever possible (paperwork is sent thru your child’s patient portal by our office prior to your appointment).
If it’s not done ahead of time, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes early to allow enough time to complete it.
Cancellations & No-Shows: Please note that same-day cancellations and missed appointments may be subject to a fee.
