Let’s talk about why chiropractic adjustments during pregnancy should be different than regular chiropractic care!

Your body is full of a hormone called relaxin, which loosens your muscles and ligaments. That’s great for giving birth, but it can lead to some new aches and pains as your body has more laxity and flexibility.

We like to focus on the anatomy around baby, so making sure mom’s hips and pelvis are balanced, and her thoracic spine is getting some much needed movement too.
