Throwback to a few weeks ago at the National APP Week wellness fair at Strong Memorial Hospital! 🏥

It was such a fun day connecting with Advanced Practice Providers, meeting other wellness-focused businesses, and sharing a little more about what we do.

We recently completed our CPR recertification together as a team! 🙆

After finishing an online exam, we came together for the practical session with Michael Hope, working through how to recognize when CPR may be needed and how to respond with the right steps.

It was a great refresher and a good reminder of how valuable it is to keep these skills current.

We’re grateful for the chance to learn together and stay prepared through the American Heart Association.
