Enlightened Earth Hypnosis Certified Hypnotist specializing in Regressions and Interactive techniques for emotional health. There is no pressure to continue after the Consultation.

Sessions have an hourly rate, with clients picking the number of hours per session, and number of sessions that would like to invest in. Potential clients are asked to first schedule a New Client Consultation prior to Hypnotic work. Consultations are up to an hour of time to discuss the presenting issues and challenges, answer any questions, and then make a plan for hypnosis session if you choose to continue. I feel strongly hypnosis works best when clients are fully emotionally invested without pressure. Hypnotists are not allowed to accept insurance in New York State. Knowing this ahead of time and mentally making a financial plan for Hypnosis is important to your level of success. Financial stress impedes openness to the process. Hypnosis is not a quick fix, and trying to rush the process won’t get you long lasting emotional results. The best interactive sessions usually last 1.5-2 hours each, with 10-20 sessions sometimes being necessary for deep emotional wounds. Sometimes it may take five sessions, sometimes more than 20 - it completely depends on the individual. Budget before beginning this journey to assure your own healing success.

A big applause to the many male clients that have come to my office wanting to work on their inner child healing and emotional states in the past few years. More and more males are doing the hard work, and that’s commendable. 💗

All of this! Crying in my office is welcomed and encouraged. I’ve always known it was a form of energy release, but this adds more reason to allow your body to cry when it needs to.

Side note - This is one of the reasons I watch a lot of Korean shows. Men cry in almost all of the shows I’ve viewed. It is accepted for men to cry in countries other than the US, and it’s a beautiful thing for energy release. Life is different when you’re not suppressing emotions - they’re part of who you are. 💗

It’s so true that things find you when you’re ready. Four years of undergrad Psych., 3/4 years of of grad counseling, and Jung was barely in my awareness other than to pass tests. This YouTube channel condenses down his work into manageable chunks. Best listened to with headphones and during a walk in nature. 🌎🌍🌏
