Storing anything in plastic is convenient, but can be costly to our hormones as well as our pocketbook.

Why?

Synthetic ingredients in plastic can mimic hormones and disrupt your endocrine system.

Lemons can last up to three months in a glass jar as opposed to a few weeks in a plastic bag.

Save money 💰 and keep your hormones happy by storing in glass as opposed to plastic!

Saw this and had to share...

The following is the philosophy of Charles Schulz, the creator of the ‘Peanuts’ comic strip.

You don’t have to actually answer the questions. Just ponder on them. Just read it straight through, and you’ll get the point.

1. Name the five wealthiest people in the world.
2. Name the last five Heisman trophy winners.
3. Name the last five winners of the Miss America pageant.
4. Name ten people who have won the Nobel or Pulitzer Prize.
5. Name the last half dozen Academy Award winners for best actor and actress.

How did you do?

The point is, none of us remember the headliners of yesterday.

Such a great story....

A man was asked to paint a boat 🚢.


He brought with him paint and brushes and began to paint the boat a bright red, as the owner asked him.

While painting, he noticed that there was a small hole in the hull, and quietly repaired it.

When finished painting, he received his money and left.

The next day, the owner of the boat came to the painter and presented him with a nice check much higher than the payment for painting.

The painter was surprised and said "You've already paid me for painting the boat Sir!"

"But this is not for the paint job. It's for having repaired the hole in the boat."

"Ah! But it was such a small service... certainly it's not worth paying me such a high amount for something so insignificant."

"My dear friend, you do not understand. Let me tell you what happened. When I asked you to paint the boat, I forgot to mention about the hole. When the boat dried, my kids took the boat and went on a fishing trip.

They did not know that there was a hole. I was not at home at that time.

When I returned and noticed they had taken the boat, I was desperate because I remembered that the boat had a hole.

Imagine my relief and joy when I saw them returning from fishing.

Then, I examined the boat and found that you had repaired the hole! You see, now, what you did? You saved the life of my children! I do not have enough money to pay your 'small' good deed."

So, no matter who, when or how.

Just continue to help, go the extra mile, sustain, wipe tears, listen attentively and carefully repair all the 'leaks' you find, because you never know when one is in need of us or when God holds a pleasant surprise for us to be helpful and important to someone.

Have you or anyone you know experienced brain fog?

Whether it is hormonal brain 🧠 fog or caused by other measures such as stress, what is it and what can you do to combat it?

Our hormones can become out of balance at any point in our lives, however, for periomenopausal or menopausal women, it can happen far more often and last for years.

This condition is defined as a state where you might be unable to concentrate, be over fatigued, and irritable.

So, what can you do about it....

Can Lemons 🍋 be a replacement for Deodorant?

Yes they can!

In taking a certification (still a work in progress) on using nutrition or food to help our hormones, this little fact on Lemons 🍋 was discussed.

Quite frankly, I truly thought it was nuts!

But...on a day when nothing was planned, I gave it a try!

And guess what, it worked!

And no, there was no skin irritations. Just 🍋 fresh!

Deodorants can contain ingredients like aluminum, parabens, and phthalates that can be harmful to our hormones.
