Anxiety. Where does it stem from? How can we kill it for good?
These questions have been on my mind forever but more recently have been brought to the top of my thought list. I have watched countless people struggle with anxiety and we need to make it stop. I am a fortunate person in many ways and I have never struggled with anxiety. I don’t know why other people have so much of it and it makes me question why some have it and others escape it. In my hypnosis practice- I try to build confidence as a starting point to tackling anxiety for good. In my quest to learn more- please tell me if you currently or have struggled with anxiety in the past, what has helped you? How do you cope? Did you always have anxiety or did you develop it later in life? Please feel free to DM me or comment. We need to find a way to end this. People are needlessly held captive in their own minds and it’s heartbreaking.
