Compassionate Health Center Compassionate Health Center is a nonprofit organization providing free quality integrated healthcare to uninsured adults of Fulton County, Indiana.

Compassionate Health Center provides free quality health care to uninsured and underserved individuals of Fulton County, Indiana who are at or below 250% of the federal poverty guideline. CHC provides basic healthcare exams, screenings, medication assistance, basic lab services, health education services, and mental health counseling. CHC is a 501c3 corporation. We do not receive federal or state funding and operate solely on private donations from our community, grants, and fundraisers.

Whether you're traveling, attending fairs, or enjoying family gatherings, don't forget these simple safety tips:

Join us for the 16th Annual Compassionate Health Center Golf Outing on Friday, June 19th at Round Barn Golf Club!
This fun-filled day of golf directly benefits our free healthcare clinic, helping uninsured adults in Fulton County access primary medical care, limited dental and vision services, mental health support, and affordable medications. There are cash prizes for flight A and B on every hole. Registration opens at 7 am with coffee and donuts with a shotgun start at 8 am. A delicious meal is served immediately following play including the announcement of our winners.
We are currently looking for:
🏌️ Golf Teams – Registration is $260 per team. Gather your friends, family, coworkers, or business associates and enjoy a great day on the course while supporting healthcare for those in need.
📍 Hole Sponsors – $100
🥈 Silver Sponsors – $500
🥇 Gold Sponsors – $1,000
