Midlife is better together. I don’t think women are supposed to do this season of life in isolation.

One minute you’re helping aging parents figure out medical appointments, the next you’re talking a friend through a divorce, answering a work email, trying to remember if you drank water today, and wondering why your left knee suddenly makes noise every time you stand up. Glamorous times.

And somehow, most women are still walking around acting like they’re “fine.”

Things feel lighter when women have spaces where they can show up honestly. A little laughter, a little support, good conversation, people who get it. It matters more than we think it does.

That’s a big part of what I’ve been building with PocketPeg, and we’re getting so close now.

There’s a whole circus out there screaming “anti-age” and “optimize your life” like you’re a broken app that needs an update.

They’ve got notes on everything.
Our skin. Our weight. Our routines. Our entire lives.

At this point, it’s a full-time job just existing. And honestly? It’s exhausting.

At PocketPeg, we’re opting out of the “shoulds.”
No pretending. No performing. No chasing someone else’s highlight reel like it’s a deadline.

We’re leaning into the real stuff. Unwashed hair (and unshowered!) Unfinished projects. Days that don’t go as planned.

And yes… we’re still women who get sh*t done. We’re just not doing it at the cost of ourselves anymore.

Cheaper than therapy. Way more fun.

And just to be clear… I’m a big fan of the professionals.

But sometimes, what you need isn’t a clarity slap. It’s a place to talk through your day with women who don’t need the full backstory.

You just say it… and they get it. It’s where you drop the “head trash.” Laugh a little. And realize you’re not losing it…you’re just a fabulous midlife woman.

That’s the kind of space we’re building at PocketPeg. It’s like an emotional fitness that you actually want to show up for.

I used to think I needed to have it all together before I could really show up.

But, generally, that's not where the good stuff happens.
Sometimes the women who get you the most aren't the ones you've known forever.

They're the ones in the same season. Asking the same questions. Figuring it out right alongside you.
