But it doesn’t have to be like this ‼️

You can have a summer with less nausea, more energy and actually feel good (even in the first trimester) 😏🙌🏻

And you’re probably thinking “yeah right” or “nothing has worked for me,” but women in my world experience less nausea not because they’re lucky.

We do these very specific things to help them feel better instantly 👇🏻

- audit meals and meal timing to prevent nausea
- add evidence-based supplements to reduce nausea
- introduce recipes that are easy on the stomach and still nutrient dense
- create a plan that works for their life

And for a limited time I’m giving you the EXACT strategies I use with all of my clients to morning sickness!

So you can have a summer where you can still enjoy boat days, summer BBQs and do anything other than lay on your bathroom floor contemplating life 🤢

Download before June 16th and get access to a live strategy call with me where we walk through exactly how to implement this guide into YOUR life 👏🏻🌟

Comment “GUIDE” and I’ll send you the link to download (or click the link in my bio) 💌

Note: Not all of the strategies in this guide will work for women with HG. Personalized nutrition and medical care is absolutely necessary if you have HG!

Here’s just a few more common questions in pregnancy 👇🏻

Q: Is pineapple safe in pregnancy?
A: Absolutely! It does not cause preterm labor.

Q: Can I eat tuna? Isn’t it high in mercury?
A: Skipjack and canned light tuna are low mercury options and can be enjoyed regularly. You can also buy Safe Catch tuna which tests for mercury levels.

Q: What prenatal vitamin should I be taking?
A: We really need to know your vitamin D levels, ferritin, omega-3 status and current diet to know what nutrients you’re missing before we start taking supplements. Let’s check your nutrient labs first!

Inside the Balanced Bump Collective, my clients not only get answers to their questions, but the support to actually implement nutrition into their own life.

- manage symptoms like nausea, fatigue and heartburn
- choose a high quality prenatal
- nutrient lab testing
- navigating controversial foods
- healthy weight gain in pregnancy
- support managing blood sugar + blood pressure
- postpartum nutrition

We kickoff in one week!!! Comment “APP” and I’ll send you the link to apply 🎉🌟

Women get no support in pregnancy when it comes to their nutrition.

You’re told to eat healthy, but given no guidance on what that ACTUALLY looks like in pregnancy when you’re struggling with nausea, heartburn and fatigue.

You’re told to take a prenatal, but are left choosing from 100 available options on the shelf.

You’re told pregnancy is the most nutrient demanding time in a your life, but then handed a “foods to avoid list.”

You’re told to “watch your weight” at your prenatal visit, but what does that even mean? Aren’t you supposed to gain weight in pregnancy?

And that’s exactly why I created the Balanced Bump Collective. You get the tools, resources and hands-on support to be certain your nutrition is aligned with your goals for a healthy, uncomplicated pregnancy.

No guessing. No uncertainty. No worry.

We start June 22nd! Are you in?! Comment “JUNE” and I’ll send you the details to apply 🌟

One banana has more potassium than LMNT and Liquid IV making it the perfect snack for pregnancy to maintain proper hydration and electrolyte balance 👏🏻🍌

Muscle cramping? Eat a banana
Dehydrated? Eat a banana
Sweating a lot? Eat a banana

I wish I could say Big Banana paid me for this post, but the did not 😂

You definitely don’t need supplements for everything and eating real food is more cost effective, more nutrient dense and provides fiber, antioxidants and ENERGY ⚡️

.fruits Big Banana will you sponsor me?! 🍌😏

Why as a society have we completely normalized not prioritizing nutrition in pregnancy?

And this isn’t to shame you if all you can stomach is sour candy and bagels becuase I get it. I’ve been there.

But there are actionable strategies we can implement to manage symptoms so you can actually nourish yourself and your baby.

Becuase ignoring your nutrition has a direct impact on you baby’s health.

Everything you eat (or don’t eat) will either positively or negatively impact his/her health.

Your nutrition is the foundation of your baby’s bones, organs, eyes and brain. Your nutrition (when done right) can prevent lifelong health issues like heart disease and diabetes.

Your nutrition can also reduce your risk of pregnancy complications and make sure your baby is strong and healthy at birth.

Instead of telling my clients to push through symptoms or wait until the second trimester, we impelent strategies that actually help. And no I’m not just recommending saltines and ginger ale.

In the Balanced Bump Collective, we START with symptom management and then dig deep in what exactly you need to be eating so you aren’t missing key nutrients your baby needs.

My group program starts June 22nd, are you in? Comment “JUNE” and I’ll send you the details about enrollment! 💌

SAVE this post for the recipe below 👇🏻

Why this works? In pregnancy as your blood volume increases (by nearly 50%), it makes hydration crucial. But drinking water alone doesn’t replace electrolytes necessary for proper hydration in pregnancy.

Over-drinking water without replacing key electrolytes like sodium and potassium can worsen fatigue and keep you dehydrated.

This miernal mocktail has natural electrolytes (sodium, potassium and magnesium) and is a fun drink to enjoy this summer ☀️🫐🍋

Blueberry Lemon Mineral Mocktail:
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1 lemon
- 1 tsp maple syrup or honey
- 1 cup coconut water

1. Reduce 1/4 of blueberries on the stove for 5 minutes with 1 tsp maple syrup and 1/2 lemon juice until syrup-like consistency.

2. Combine blueberry syrup, coconut water, 1/2 lemon juice, and sea salt to glass with ice and enjoy.

Pregnancy stops even the most disciplined woman in her tracks..

You’re so nauseous you can’t function.
Your workout routine is nonexistent.
You don’t enjoy activities you used to.
You feel miserable.

But then you see other women thriving in pregnancy — no nausea, working out consistently, literally glowing and you wonder how they got so lucky.

But it’s not luck. If it was, then my clients wouldn’t see the results they do.

Women come to me feeling just like you feel now.

Exhausted, nauseous and confused.

Instead of telling my clients to “push through” OR “wait until the second trimester” OR “that’s just pregnancy”

We actually implement strategies and systems that WORK.

⚡️ That reduce nausea, fatigue and cravings
🚀 That improve energy levels
💞 That create sustainable habits without restriction

In the Balanced Bump Collective, you get the tools, support and hands-on guidance to feel better NOW and nourish yourself with confidence 💫

We start June 22nd, are you in?!
