Starbridge was honored to attend St. Joseph's Neighborhood Center Inc. - SJNC's 32nd Annual Tasting & Auction, an inspiring evening dedicated to expanding access to affordable, person-centered medical and mental health care for uninsured and underinsured members of our community.

We’re grateful to support organizations that are making a meaningful difference across Greater Rochester and to celebrate the collective impact of community partnerships. Thank you to St. Joseph’s Neighborhood Center for bringing people together in support of a healthier, inclusive, and stronger community.

🌟Please join us in welcoming Adrienne Schleigh to Starbridge as our new Vice President of Organizational and Workforce Development.
Adrienne brings nearly 20 years of human resources and leadership experience, including more than 13 years advising organizations on workforce strategy, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, talent management, and change leadership across nonprofit, public, and private sectors.

Throughout her career, Adrienne has led with integrity, empathy, and service, believing that people and values must remain at the center of organizational success. Her commitment to building trust, developing leaders, and creating workplaces where employees feel valued and empowered aligns deeply with Starbridge's mission and values.

In this role, Adrienne will lead efforts to strengthen Starbridge's workforce and organizational culture by developing leaders, supporting employees, fostering engagement and growth, and ensuring our people strategies support both operational excellence and the meaningful impact we deliver to individuals and families throughout our community.

A few fun facts about Adrienne:
☕ She's fueled by "all the coffee"—but only until 11 a.m.!
🏐 She loves playing volleyball and actually met her husband on the volleyball court nearly 20 years ago.
👨‍👩‍👦 Today, she, her husband, and their 15-year-old son all play together.
🐱 Her family has three cats, including a beautiful six-year-old Persian with special needs who is known for occasionally falling off her daughter's bed.
😄 If she could instantly become an expert in one thing, it would be parenting teens!

We are excited to welcome Adrienne to the Starbridge team and look forward to the leadership and expertise she will bring to our organization.💙

Starbridge was proud to participate in the 38th Annual Developmental Disabilities Awareness Day (DD Day), hosted by the Developmental Disabilities Alliance of Western New York-DDAWNY. This annual conference brings together self-advocates, families, professionals, and community organizations to promote inclusion, awareness, and opportunities for people with developmental disabilities.

It was an honor to share information about our programs, connect with community members, and present on TIES (Together Including Every Student), highlighting the power of inclusive experiences and peer support for students and young adults.

We also want to spotlight a special award given to the winning artist of this year's poster, Adam Kagan -- son of Starbridge Cheektowaga-Maryvale UFSD TIES Coordinator Krys Kagan. We 💚 Our Starbridge Family!
