Next up - this very silly giraffe. I love giraffes and found this piece at Goodwill. I do believe Paul scoffed when he saw me bringing it home. 🤪 She got a lil transformation and now she lives on our porch. I think she needs a name.

Remember awhile ago when I said I was going to start painting again? Well here is the finished product. Directional signs to places that are meaningful in our family. I did a similar project about 11 years ago…pics of those sad weather-worn babies are in the comments.

I disassembled my studio a long time ago and haven’t touched a paintbrush other than to paint protest signs (iykyk). In the past few weeks, the paint has been calling me. I had to go out and buy all new supplies…but I’m set up in a temp space on my porch with a few projects in mind. Stay tuned.

I have used the phrase “F**k Around and Find Out” (FAFO) everyday for the past few weeks to describe what is going on in our world. Tonight it turned into this…nice to pop the markers out again after a pretty long creative block.
