📢 Class announcements! Sunday morning, all levels class with Maria, open to the public at 10AM at Haven Harbour Marina Resorts. Come join us no matter what level you’re at in your practice, I’ll give you modifications to meet your needs! Bring yourself, some water, and I’ll provide the rest. Depending on the weather we will either join on the mat outside on the sunset deck or indoors in the slip holders lounge above the Admirals Beachside Bar. Feel free to stay after class and relax on the beach under a cabana or on the beach or go across the parking lot and have lunch at Ark & Dove Restaurant!

For a real special treat join me Monday at 7 PM for a floating pool guided yoga Nidra meditation and sound bath in Chestertown. This just may be the most unique thing you’ll do all summer long. If you need to decompress, this is your go to self-care activity. See all the details in my acuity website.

Our beautiful studio on the water at Haven Harbour Marina Resorts South! The views, the outdoor dock yoga or indoor yoga, the small classes offering close guidance and a friendly vibe and the different classes for all levels including yoga Nidra meditation and Sound Healing in the studio AND in a private pool! Let’s not forget our amazing yoga teachers Maria and Laura!
We offer year round classes outdoors (weather permitting) or indoors in the slip holders lounge. You DO NOT need to be a member, slip holder or guest at the Marina to take our classes.

Join us tomorrow at 8am, it’s going to be a beautiful day for yoga on the sunset deck! 70 degrees and sunny, just bring yourself, water 💦 and maybe a pair of sun glasses 🕶️ and enjoy the view ⛵️🛶🦅🦆 and the class! This is an all levels Vinyasa flow with Laura Stefanick. Class is open to the public.
After class enjoy the beach under a cabana or if you’re feeling hungry just walk across the parking lot to Ark & Dove Restaurant for a tasty meal!
