This is a class for anyone who is seeking to develop strength, coordination, and flexibility.
More than just an exercise class, this hour long practice brings together body awareness, breathing exercises, and plenty of movement to get the heart pumping.
We’ll use yoga props, alongside body-weight and mobility exercises to stretch and strengthen your body without pounding your joints. Let's get you feeling all those muscles you didn't even know you had!
