Acts Retirement–Life Communities broke ground Friday on a more than $200 million expansion to the campus of its Rock Hill, SC, continuing care retirement / life plan community.

The project, which will add 109 acres to Park Pointe Village, is the largest expansion in the CCRC’s history.

Groundbreaking day at Park Pointe Village! 🎉

We officially broke ground on a $200+ million expansion, the largest in our community's history! This exciting project will add 109 new acres, 130 new independent living residences, an 18,000-square-foot clubhouse, new restaurants, walking trails, pickleball courts, and so much more. It's an incredible step forward for Park Pointe Village and the entire Rock Hill community.

Residents of Park Pointe gathered to celebrate America's 250th birthday! The event included readings from the Declaration of Independence, stories of Paul Revere's bravery, and even a visit from Betsy Ross herself, who shared how she came to create the first American flag. ❤️ 🇺🇸

What an incredible milestone! 🎉

Last week, Park Pointe Village celebrated the 100th birthday of Elaine Page, our oldest Independent Living resident, with more than 125 guests joining the celebration. The party was hosted by her daughter, Cecily Craig, who is also an Independent Living resident here at Park Pointe Village! Ms. Page moved here in 2007, and Cecily followed in 2022, a beautiful reminder of just how special this community is across generations.

Happy 100th birthday, Elaine! We are so honored to celebrate you. ✨
