2026 has really been our year of collaborations, events, fun, and donations….and we have NO plans on stopping that any time soon 🫶🏼 How lucky are we that we get to do all of this. Thank you endlessly to Take Cover Tiki Club for hosting these events with us. We are beyond grateful to have you as our friends. 🖤 That’s a wrap on our Second Saturday Events for the year! Thank you so much to every single one of you who participated with us this season and anyone who shares, likes, and/or comments on our posts so others can find us! Additionally, thank you to Downtown Rock Island for letting us be a part of this wonderful community and for letting us being able to meet so many incredible people!

OCTOBER SPECIAL EVENTS:
1) All month - bring a box of feminine products in exchange for a group class! Unlimited # of classes!

2) Saturday, Oct 10th at 9 AM - Our final Second Saturday Yoga-lates Event! 🍁 Free to the public

3) Sunday Oct 11th at 4 PM - Our final Take Cover Tiki Pilates on the Patio Event! Donation-based for Living Lands & Waters! 🤸🏽‍♀️ Come support multiple businesses in one event!

4) Friday Oct 23rd at 7 PM - Spooky Yoga! 🎃 SOLD OUT 💯

5) Saturday Oct 24th from 6-9 PM (class starts at 7 pm) - SIP + STRETCH 🕷️ We’re doing Pilates under the lights in Arts Alley for Rock Island’s Back from the Dead Event! More details to be announced but you can expect a FREE Pilates class, iconic bar will be open so you can sip while you move, a costume contest will be happening, and there will be some super cool vendors surrounding us! OUR FEMININE HYGIENE DRIVE IS BACK! ✨
STARTING TODAY THROUGH ALL OF OCTOBER! 🎃

Our neighbors at The Third Place QC need our help 🩷
For women experiencing homelessness, feminine hygiene products can be especially difficult to access. While pads, tampons, and other period products are necessities, they are not free 💔 but when you’re struggling to afford food, shelter, or other essentials, they can easily become something you have to go without. Managing a period is already stressful enough, and no woman should have to go without proper feminine care!

For the entire month of October, bring in a box of feminine products in exchange for a group class. There is no maximum amount of classes you can do this for. We just want to be able to give a bigger donation than last year!

We’ve announced Spooky Yoga for this year! 🎃

Your favorite yearly tradition of a scary good yoga class under the spell of a haunted playlist 👻 but there’s more! We will be having a blast all night 🕸️ A slasher will be playing on the tv throughout the night. We will have a bonfire ready for you to roast s’mores on while hanging out with your friends and howling at the moon. A bone-chillingly tasty mocktail/cocktail will have you shivering in your boots with fear. There will be prizes + costumes + tons of fun to be had! Grab your tickets ASAP as they typically sell out quick! After announcing, 50% of the tickets are already gone. Come join us, or else 😈
