A gorgeous sunset as training wraps up in South Carolina. I’m bringing home some great memories and lots of good stuff for migraines, TMJ, and cool techniques for brain fog. I have time for a couple of appointments Tuesday evening before I head out on my next adventure.

Sunshine and soothing waves. Is this training or healing?! # celestialpresence

☀️ As the day goes on, the sun gets brighter, stronger and more powerful.
We are like the sun. Growth doesn’t happen instantly — ⏳it happens little by little.

It is especially comforting on hard mornings to remember we don’t have to be strong at the beginning. It’s okay to start slow 💛 especially on a Monday morning!
