☀️ Free Family-Friendly Sound Baths at Harvest Hustle October 10 ☀️

I’m so excited to return to the beautiful landscape of the New Growth Project farm to offer two FREE, 30-minute, all-ages-friendly sound baths from 11:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m. and 1:30 pm-2:00 pm during the farm’s annual Harvest Hustle Wellness Event (the entire event takes place from 10:00 am-2:00 pm). *No tickets or registration are required to join either or both of these sound bath experiences* I will have a limited number of yoga mats, blankets, and eye masks for use during the sound bath, so you’re invited to simply come as you are and leave feeling lighter. But, please feel free to bring your own yoga mat, pillow, blanket, chair, cozy clothes, water, and whatever else you may need to maximize your comfort. And please note that sound baths will take place in an open air field, so I encourage those planning to attend watch the weather to dress appropriately.

☀️NEW: Lengthen & Listen: A Pilates & Sound Bath Experience - November 13☀️

I’m thrilled to announce I’m partnering once again with Rockford Pilates Studio to offer the next Lengthen & Listen: A Pilates & Sound Bath Experience on November 13 from 5:30-7:00 pm.

You're invited to join me and Caylin Scott, owner of RPS, for a special hybrid healing experience that will pair guided Pilates-style stretching with a soothing and restorative sound bath. The experience begins with approximately 15 minutes of guided Pilates-style floor stretching (no reformers will be used) facilitated by Caylin followed by a relaxing, 60-minute sound bath facilitated by me. No prior Pilates experience is necessary.

As we enter a season often associated with slowing down and turning inward, I’d like to reintroduce my private sound and energy healing offerings:

Sound Baths, Reiki + Sound, Tuning Fork Therapy, Oracle Card Readings + Sound, Hybrid Sound Healing Immersions, Space Energy Clearings - all of my offerings have been intentionally designed with love and care to serve as restorative and immersive healing opportunities that use sounds, vibrations, and frequencies to shift your brainwaves into a deeply relaxed state. In this state, your nervous system can relax and release stuck/stagnant energy, emotions, and trauma, allowing your natural healing abilities to work more effectively. This can help bring you back into vibrational and energetic alignment across mind, body, and spirit - like tuning a piano.

Each of these sessions takes place in my space at the Holistic Health Collective, located in Grand Rapids, MI, excluding Space Energy Clearings, which are only bookable as come-to-you appointments. I offer both 30- and 60-minute appointments for most sessions and one of my top priorities is offering you a safe space and energy where you can feel comfortable releasing whatever the sound and vibrations break free. ☀️NEW - Floating in Harmony: An Aerial Hammock Sound Bath - January 9, 2027 (2 sessions)☀️

I’m thrilled to announce the first round of Floating in Harmony sound bath experiences of 2027 are now on the calendar, and you’re invited to take a break from gravity with me on Saturday, January 9, 2027, at Zeal Aerial Fitness in Grand Rapids, MI.

You’re gently cradled in a soft, swaying silk hammock, almost as if nestled within a deeply calming cocoon. As you relax in weightless comfort, the soothing sounds of instruments like crystal singing bowls, a gong, Tingsha cymbals and more gently spread through the air, vibrating through every cell of your body to release mental, physical, and emotional stress. This is the experience waiting for you when Floating in Harmony: An Aerial Hammock Sound Bath returns to Zeal Aerial Fitness January 9, 2027, with two sessions to choose from - 12:00 pm-1:30 pm or 2:00 pm-3:30 pm.
