Integral to our identity are the many staff members that have been a part of our facility for a decade or more, resulting in a close-knit team of familiar caregivers attuned to our patients’ every need. Our medical staff includes dedicated RN’s, LPN’s and physicians with varying specialties, who are affiliated with top local and Boston area hospitals. Our Foremost Rehabilitation Program
Our newly expanded Rehab Center delivers advanced rehabilitative treatment up to 7 days a week with a specialized focus on pulmonary, orthopedic and cardiac care. Our subacute unit is staffed by an expert team of physical, occupational, and speech therapists and patients rapidly regain their mobility and independence as they prepare for their eventual return home. Our staff and residents joined forces for a tropical-themed celebration—proof that when our team shows up with heart (and a little Hawaiian flair), every day can feel like a mini getaway.
