We’re excited to launch our Community Summer Book Series, where local organizations and community members join us by sharing a short video of themselves reading a book that’s meaningful to them.

The book can be:

✨ Connected to your profession
✨ Or simply a favorite you love

Our goal is to highlight the amazing people in our community, spark conversations, and promote wellness in a fun, authentic way all summer long.

A new month is a fresh opportunity to care for your mind, body, and emotional well-being. Small steps can create meaningful change. Here are a few simple ways to support your mental health this May:

✨ Move your body daily, a walk, stretch, or dance break counts
✨ Spend time outside and soak in some sunshine
✨ Practice saying “no” to protect your energy
✨ Check in with yourself: How am I really feeling?
✨ Reach out to a friend or loved one for connection
✨ Limit screen time when you need a reset
✨ Start a gratitude journal or write 3 good things each day
✨ Prioritize rest without guilt
✨ Ask for help when you need support
